1. How long until I receive my print?

All items are shipped via standard Australia Post and a tracking number is provided via email. Dispatch of your order takes approximately 2-5 working days. If you would like to place an express order, please email us and we can arrange that for an additional fee. Prints can be shipped worldwide!

2. What are my payment options?

Wallstudio accepts payment through PayPal and Afterpay (shop now, pay later), if you would like to pay via bank transfer then simply email us for bank details. Prices are in AUD and GST is included.

3. How do I order?

Simply place an order through the online shop and pay via PayPal or Aferpay (available at checkout). You will receive an email notification that your item has been posted.

4. Can I purchase a custom size?

Yes, send us an email! The largest size is 1300mm x 900mm;  most designs are available in this size on request.

All images and designs are copyright Wallstudio, please do not use them without our permission. Copyright not transferable on sale of product. The designs and all content of this web site remains subject to copyright and may not be reproduced in any way without our express written consent.

6. How does Afterpay work?

Afterpay allows you to Shop now and Pay later in four fortnightly payments. Afterpay is available as a payment option at Checkout.

7. How do you product each print?

Our prints are Australian made and feature digitally printed imagery onto 250gsm satin Kodak paper using Giclee printing. The result is a stunning resolution and vibrancy for your chosen design.

9. Framing

Frames come in White, Black, Oak or Light Oak with a mount board surrounding your print.
Frames are fitted with acrylic, not glass, for freight safety and weight reasons (you’d never know the difference).
